We are an all-women team brought together by a shared vision—and a shared heartbreak. In 2024, we were deeply shaken by thewhale stranding event in Victoria. It was a wake-up call that reminded us how urgently the planet needs our care.

If your jewelry is lost or stolen within this six-month period, you’re eligible to receive a 50% off replacement coupon (up to AUD $350). To claim:
- Share a photo of yourself with the jewelry and a short story about the loss on any social media platform.
- Email a screenshot of the post, along with your order number, to lostinsurance@haliejewelry.com.
Once verified, we’ll send a personalized coupon to your email. This coupon is valid for 6 months and can be used to repurchase the same item at half price. If your original item is no longer available, we’ll issue a store voucher of the same value so you can choose something else you love.
