Can I customize my jewelry?

Yes! As a jewelry studio, we proudly offer two types of customization: semi-custom and fully custom.

✧Semi-Custom

Semi-customization allows you to personalize our existing designs without changing the original mold. You can:

  • Replace the gemstone (e.g. swap cubic zirconia for moissanite, a lab-grown colored gemstone, or a lab diamond)
  • Upgrade the metal (e.g. from sterling silver to 14K or 18K gold)

Semi-custom pieces are eligible for Lost Insurance, but please note: the replacement discount only applies to the original version, not the customized one.

✧Fully Custom

Looking for something truly unique? With our full customization service, we’ll design and handcraft a one-of-a-kind piece just for you.
Send your ideas to enquiry@haliejewelry.com, and our team will respond within 3 business days with a quote and further discussion.

Please note: fully custom pieces are not eligible for Lost Insurance.

  • At Halie Jewelry, we are committed to eco-friendly and sustainable craftsmanship.
    We only work with lab-grown and synthetic gemstones, like Cubic Zirconia (CZ), Moissanite, Lab-Grown Sapphires, Lab-Grown Rubies, Lab-Grown Emeralds, Lab-Grown Aquamarine, Lab-Grown Diamonds (IGI-certified by default).
  • You can even request specific gemstone colors, and we’ll check with our laboratory partners to see if your desired shade can be produced.
  • We do not use or respond to inquiries about natural gemstones. Thank you for understanding and supporting responsible jewelry.
  • All custom-made pieces (both semi- and fully custom) are not eligible for standard after-sales or free repair services.Any future repairs will require a separate quote, depending on the complexity.
  • Custom pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
How long will it take to receive my jewelry?

All our pieces are made-to-order — from gemstone selection to final setting. Once your order is placed, it will be crafted and delivered within 3 weeks. We'll keep you updated every step of the way.

What are lab-grown gemstones?

Lab-grown gemstones are real gems created in controlled environments that replicate natural conditions. They are chemically and physically identical to mined gems, but more ethical, eco-friendly, and sustainable — no mining, less waste, and full beauty.

What is Lost Insurance and how do I get it?

Our Lost Insurance is a complimentary service activated automatically within 6 months of receiving your jewelry.
If your piece is lost or stolen, you can receive a 50% off replacement coupon (up to AUD $350).
Just follow these steps:

  1. Post a photo and a short story about your jewelry and its loss on any social media.

  2. Send the post screenshot and your order number to lostinsurance@haliejewelry.com.
    Once verified, we’ll email you a one-time coupon valid for 6 months.
    If the product is out of stock, we’ll provide a voucher of equal value instead.

Do you offer change-of-mind returns or exchange?

As a small jewelry studio, we don’t keep large inventories.
Every piece is made-to-order — from hand-selecting your gemstone to crafting it from scratch.
Because of this, we’re sorry that we’re unable to offer change-of-mind returns.

We appreciate your understanding and support for independent, handcrafted jewelry.

What if I can’t return the product without a reason — how am I protected?

Because all our pieces are handmade to order, we don’t accept change-of-mind returns.
But we’ve got you covered:
If your jewelry arrives with a fault (e.g., gemstone falls off), please notify us within 4 weeks. We’ll provide free repair service and cover all shipping costs.

Do Lost Insurance or promotional items have the same protection?

Yes! All items covered by Lost Insurance or bought during a promotion are eligible for the same 4-week free repair service if any quality issue occurs.

What if I need repair after 4 weeks?

After the 4-week window, we still offer affordable repair services:

  • Fees depend on the issue but will never exceed AUD $60 (excluding shipping and gemstones).

  • You’ll need to cover round-trip shipping yourself.
    Contact us with photos and we’ll quote before proceeding.

What if my ring size isn’t listed?

No worries — we’ve got you covered!
We offer custom sizing services to ensure you can wear the piece you love in the size that fits you best.

Simply email your exact finger measurement and the design you're interested in to enquiry@haliejewelry.com, or send us a direct message on our official Facebook or Instagram account. Our team will assess your request and no extra charge for custom sizing.

Please note: Custom sizing may require additional production time. Your order will be carefully crafted and delivered within 5 weeks from the date of purchase.

Can you help adjust my ring size after purchase?

Absolutely! We offer lifetime free resizing (excluding shipping).

  • You only need to pay for round-trip postage.

  • Most designs can be adjusted up to 2 sizes up or down.

  • You’ll receive your resized ring back within 8 weeks of us receiving it.
    Please note: Not all designs can be resized. Contact us via enquiry@haliejewelry.com, or send us a direct message on our official Facebook or Instagram account before sending it back.

How can I get free shipping?
  • Register to get a free shipping coupon in your mail box.
  • Orders over AUD $299 automatically qualify for free shipping — no code needed. Discount is applied at checkout.
What is GST?

GST stands for Goods and Services Tax, a 10% tax included in all prices for Australian customers.

Can I order if I’m not in Australia?

We’re truly grateful for your interest in Halie Jewelry from outside Australia.
Currently, we do not provide standard international shipping.

If you are located outside Australia, please contact us via DM on our social accounts or email us before placing an order. We will check the available shipping options for your country.

Please note: our free shipping policy applies only to orders within Australia. For international orders, we will deduct AUD $15 (the equivalent of our domestic shipping cost) from your shipping fee.
