Return and Exchange Policy

At Halie Jewelry, every piece is made to order with care and precision. Because our products are custom-made, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

However, under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if your item is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from what was described.

If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please email clear photos of the issue to enquiry@haliejewelry.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address.

When returning your item, please:
  • Include your order number in the package, and
  • Email us the delivery tracking number and a photo or scan of the postage receipt to enquiry@haliejewelry.com.

After we receive your return, we will inspect the item within 7 business days. If the fault is confirmed, we will issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
